ResumeTerms of use
ResumeFree is a self-service Funtoolio tool for preparing resumes and CVs. Free Funtoolio sign-in is required to create and export a resume. Public examples and guides are available without sign-in.
Free use and limits
Core editing, the three single-column export layouts, PDF export, JSON backup and attribution removal are free. No card, subscription or automatic charge is part of this release. Elegant is an experimental preview. The service has browser safety bounds: one local active draft, 1 MiB JSON input, 200,000 total stored characters, up to 50 entries per section, 20 bullets per entry and 20 contact links. Names/labels are limited to 200 characters, bullets to 2,000 and summaries/descriptions to 4,000. Direct PDF output is capped at ten pages; browser-print output must be inspected by you.
Your content
You retain rights in your resume and other content. Enter only material you are entitled to use. Resume content is processed in your browser and is not submitted to the product server for editing or PDF rendering. Keep your own JSON backups and original information; browser data can be removed by settings, device loss or private browsing. Shared-device browser storage is not an encrypted personal vault.
Accuracy and availability
You are responsible for checking the final document, dates, links and application fields. The tool does not verify employment claims, certify ATS compatibility or promise interviews or employment. Service may be interrupted. Routine personal support, reply times, bespoke work and an uptime SLA are not offered. These statements do not exclude mandatory rights or obligations, including required remedies and privacy/security handling.
Accounts and acceptable use
Use authorized access and do not misuse the service, impersonate others, submit illegal content, probe other users’ records or evade proportionate abuse controls. ResumeFree product sessions are separate from central Funtoolio sessions. Product deletion revokes ResumeFree sessions immediately, schedules product-record purge within seven days and blocks automatic identity recreation for thirty days. It does not delete your central Funtoolio account. Back up your draft before deletion, because supported exports require an active account.
Voluntary product feedback
Feedback means suggestions, feature ideas and bug reports deliberately submitted through the product-feedback form. It excludes resumes, confidential work, private customer files, security disclosures, support records and separately commissioned contributions.
If you submit feedback after accepting its notice, you grant non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to evaluate, reproduce, adapt and incorporate it into developing, improving and commercializing products and services. To the extent lawful, this permission continues for those purposes and may be shared with contractors and successors who need it for those purposes. No payment, attribution, implementation, reply, confidentiality undertaking or resulting-product ownership is promised merely for making a suggestion.
You retain rights in your original submitted expression, and mandatory rights remain unaffected. This permission does not authorize publishing your raw feedback or identity as a testimonial, reusing resumes, taking patent rights or accepting confidential/restricted contributions. Submit only feedback you can authorize us to use, without secrets or third-party restrictions. A separate written agreement prevails for separately agreed contributions.
Requests and changes
Use Contact for privacy, security and legal requests rather than the suggestion form. Policies must reflect the actual operator, audience and service. Material changes require appropriate prospective notice; this draft does not retroactively license earlier feedback or waive non-excludable rights.
